Passive electronic components are kind of important electronic information products. Passive component and active device (semiconductor products like integrated circuit, etc.) compose the core of circuit, which is the foundation of various electronic information products. In new type electronic products, integrate circuit and passive components account for 46.1% and 9.1% of the total cost of production of electronic components and parts respectively while 12.7% and 55.1% in the total installation cost respectively. As to some chip component, its management and installation cost has exceeded its price. As will be readily seen, passive electronic components have become the bottle neck for the complete machine to develop towards maniaturization and integration.
