The leaders concerned of the National Development and Reform Commission expressed when visiting Shenyang that our country should work out foreign capital merger and acquisition administrative statue or method according to the features of foreign capital merger and acquisition and referring to overseas mature experience, and standardize the actions from admittance, monopoly prevention, assets sales, foreign exchange control and after treatment, etc. He pointed out that the country will strengthen foreign capital merger and acquisition management system and make examinations on foreign capital merger and acquisition projects according to relevant laws and regulations, industrial policy and industry standard, and considering total market demand amount, productivity distribution, state economy security and public interest, etc. The state development and reform commission will lead the establishment of foreign capital merger and acquisition federation examination working mechanism and work out relevant examination procedure and government endorsement system.
